1. Preamble

This Agreement governs the relationship between the Buyer (hereinafter: Licensee) and GigsRabbit InfoTech Private Ltd, located at 1st Floor, Arun Bakery, Anna Nagar, Madurai - 625020, Tamil Nadu, India (hereinafter: Licensor). This Agreement sets the terms for using GigsRabbit Products (hereinafter: The Software).

2. License Grant

2.1. License Type

Personal, Non-assignable, Perpetual, Commercial, Royalty-free license, including derivative works rights.

2.2. Permitted Uses

Running Software on Licensee's Website(s) and Server(s)
Allowing third parties to use Software on Licensee's platforms
Publishing and distributing Software's output
Modifying Software for Licensee's needs

2.3. Ownership Rights

Licensee receives 100% usage rights but cannot resell the product.

3. Support Terms

Technical Support

Support provided via email only
24-48 hour response time during business days
Support period starts from purchase date

4. Updates and Maintenance

Licensor may provide:

Upgrades (major version changes)
Updates (minor improvements)
Fixes (bug fixes and minor amendments)

5. Liability and Warranty

The Software is provided "as-is" without warranty. Licensor is not liable for any damages or losses incurred through use of the Software.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
